Main Job
Lead the oversight and maintenance of architecture strategies and roadmaps for Data, ETL, BI, and RDT.
Develop and enforce technical standards, procedures, and guidelines governing data models.
Ensure the quality of credit data and rule metrics, documenting and tracking quality metrics to align with Data Management Bank-Wide standards.
Collaborate with IT and MIS teams to design technical aspects, data models, and interfaces between SAS, IFRS9, RDT, and Data Warehouse.

Governance and Implementation:
Implement Credit Risk Data and Rule Governance, Procedures, and Processes.
Technology and Planning:
Interface with vendors for technology updates.
Participate in planning, development, testing, and delivery of data and rules within work streams.
Analysis and Coordination:
Analyze functional business processes and requirements.
Coordinate and support IT/MIS process changes.
Training and Management:
Provide guidance, coaching, and end-user training.
Manage the Credit Risk Data and Rule Knowledge Center.
Architecture and Standards:
Oversee architecture strategies for Data, ETL, and BI.
Ensure the development and implementation of technical standards and guidelines for data models.
Technical Coordination and Quality Assurance:
Coordinate with IT/MIS for designing technical aspects and interfaces (SAS and RDT).
Perform Information Quality Assurance and Data Quality checks.
Solution Development:
Gather requirements and document for functional and technical designs.
Work on complex Credit Risk Data and Rules solutions, including Data Integration Flows, Data Mart, and Cube development for RDT and IFRS9 (OSX-HP).
Develop OSX-HP programs using PLSQL (SQL Server) and Maestro tool.
Investigate and resolve problems related to RDT and IFRS9 features.
Reporting and Testing:
Support CRI teams and business units in automated reporting on SharePoint (Credit Reports, Dashboards, Web Reports).
Provide direction for planning, designing, and executing testing.
Analyze testing results to ensure implementation meets business needs and design specifications (Ready = Done).
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) of Data Integration Flows.
Provide support to test teams and resolve issues related to test results.
Qualification:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in risk information or related roles within banking or finance.
Proficient in PLSQL (SQL Server), SAS, and OSX Maestro.
Expertise in Data Warehouse, BI, Data Analytics, and ETL automation.
Strong analytical and design skills for data solutions, including source systems, ETL routines, and resolving Data Quality issues.
Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture.
Proven ability to identify and manage technical and project risks.
Deep understanding of application, data, infrastructure, and network design.
Knowledge of financial risk management and BOT-RDT regulations is advantageous.
Familiarity with financial database systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
