Job Description
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing spa bookings, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a clean and inviting reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
