Software Development Manager

Responsibilities: 

· Understand business requirements and act as a software architect designer to identify the technology needed to provide a good architecture design product

· Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

· Analyze and solve any problems accordingly

· Supervise and oversee the technical aspects across-projects

· Initiate and manage stakeholders and adapt communication among peers with professionalism including conversing in highly complex technical messages to non-technical stakeholders

· Grow the developer team by recruiting talents

· Work with the management staff to set and develop a technical strategy

· Lead and handle the daily operations of the development team, assist and develop your team members’ technical capabilities, develop best practices to improve team productivity, performance reviews, and career paths

· Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior members

· Work across functional teams and entities to ensure products success

Qualifications: 

· At least 7-year experience in software development

· Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture

· Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure

· Experience coding in various languages (React.js, Node.js, and more)

· Passion for software products, start-ups, and cutting-edge technology

· Sense of ownership in performance and its impact on the company’s success

· Experience with agile software development and cross-functional team environment

· Minimum of 2 years in the management role

· Proven track records in leading a team of over 10 members on multiple projects

· Experience in delivering large-scale projects

· Understanding Machine Learning or Deep Learning frameworks is a must

· We are working with partners globally, therefore, English language in the professional level is necessary
