Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage PrepEdu’s online community across various social media platforms, focusing on Facebook and Line groups.
- Actively monitor and participate in conversations, responding to Key skills assessed, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise.
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, especially Facebook and Line groups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement and content performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving community management and content effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement.
Qualifications
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
- xBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media community management and content creation, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns and building engaged online communities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
