Play a creative role in campaign designing across vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for end-to-end execution.
Manage the daily operation of content creation tools, resources, and content management; develop strategies to improve submission rates and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with content creators and partners to promote tools across platforms.
Track, analyze, and optimize data to identify opportunities to enhance tools awareness and problem solutions.
Grow content submission by optimizing engagement, curating high-value vertical content, and leveraging author/user insights by research.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, designers, and product teams to define tool requirements and ensure seamless integration of content creation tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from any major
2+ years of experience in content creation tools, platform operation, or creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva, video editing tools)
Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes
Deep understanding of the media landscape with a passion for social media, content creation trends, and creative design
Ability to plan effectively, learn quickly, and apply data-driven insights
Fluency in English (both verbal & written)
