Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate relevant and engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence.
• Manage and oversee social media advertising and promotion efforts.
• Create and manage social media calendars and schedules.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach.
• Report on key social media metrics and KPIs to track the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Research and identify new opportunities for brand exposure and community building on emerging social platforms.
• Support the development of social media policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to the overall marketing and communication strategies through social media insights and recommendations.
• Identify and implement strategies to grow our social media following and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media advertising and promotion is preferred.
