Responsibilities:

• Build a content strategy covering multiple brands and media platforms.
• Develop and manage a consistent content schedule to ensure maximum brand exposure.
• Plan and oversee the creation of content.
• Directly manage all company social media accounts.
• Craft and curate relevant and appealing social media posts.
• Organize the creation of video content (e.g., YT/FB/TikTok reels and videos), including a regularly updated YouTube channel.
• Manage your function utilizing a pool of shared resources and assistance from other company leaders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English language skills (near-native level with perfect written communication)
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Strategic social media marketing expertise
• Content writing experience
• Video production experience
• Experience successfully leveraging the following platforms to achieve measured growth in sales and/or brand awareness: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
