● Develop and implement brand awareness and reputation management strategies to enhance the organization's digital brand presence.
Marketing Communications and Collateral:
● Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including websites, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
● Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling marketing content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of digital solutions.
● Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead generation for digital solutions.
● Manage digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing efforts to maximize online visibility and generate qualified leads.
● Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
●Lead and manage the Marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team.
●Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team.
●Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensure clear communication, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Qualification :
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
● Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership.
●Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
● Experience with brand development, positioning, and reputation management.
●Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
●Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
●In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
●Familiarity with product regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing communications.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
