Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety. Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently.
Guides, motivates, and develops subordinates. Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensures that all service team members are certified in line with global certification and local regulations.
Reviews competence levels to ensure each service engineer, technician and subcontractor is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them.
Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.
Allocates, drives, and monitors work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.
Effectively utilizes available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g. OTD, response time, ordered service offerings, update of installed based data). Ensures that materials and components to feed service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock, and timing.
Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service excellence in own area of responsibility. Drives continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned service team. Utilizes efficient tools to streamline service processes to support the customer.
Qualifications For The Role
Minimum Bachelor in Electrical Engineering Else have experienced more than 2 years in Electrical Engineering in LV/MV switchgear.
Personal leadership - engage team commitment & empower teams to perform Accountability, Integrity, Transparency, and Safety.
Have established skills of Teamwork & Collaboration.
You are engaged in Customers, Partners, Markets.
You are highly skilled in Customer & market orientation - anticipate and addresses evolving customer and market needs & build close and sustainable customer relationships.
