Assist in creating compelling contracts and sales proposals to meet prospective clients' needs and support sales initiatives for new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, collaborating to understand their evolving needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Lead project implementation from initiation to closure, developing comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal and customer teams to ensure project objectives are met, defining customer processes, creating documentation, and validating them with stakeholders.
Set up test environments, import data, validate configurations with clients, and configure work process flows in Odoo to optimize client operations.
Develop and oversee user acceptance testing, providing comprehensive training to clients on new workflows and processes in Odoo, and creating knowledge base articles to support client learning and adoption.
You'll be successful if you have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT projects, as a consultant, project manager, or implementer.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Profound understanding of project management frameworks.
Experience with business management software or ERP systems.
Must have knowledge and experience with Odoo.
