Senior System Analyst / Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis & Business Alignment:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents and system design specifications.
• Analyse existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify opportunities for optimization.

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Design robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements within the life insurance domain.
• Define system integration strategies, including data transformation, migration, and interfaces between internal and third-party systems.
• Create high-level architectural designs and work closely with developers to translate architecture into technical implementation.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and frameworks.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate software or hardware solutions to meet business needs.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business users, senior management, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand pain points, provide recommendations, and address queries related to systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor technology trends and continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve business processes and the overall technical landscape.
• Provide input for IT strategy and contribute to the technology roadmap in alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and systems integration, with a track record of designing and delivering complex IT systems.
• Expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC), requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with technologies used in the life insurance sector, including policy administration systems, underwriting, claims management, and CRM solutions.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and API-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
• Good communication both in Thai and English
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
