Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external clients to meticulously gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing system functionalities against new requirements to identify gaps and define "to-be" functionalities.
Translate business needs into clear and concise change requests for development teams.
Execute comprehensive IT and Integration Testing, ensuring solutions meet specified requirements.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operational teams to validate functionality.
Facilitate deployment activities with development teams and provide essential support during hyper care and post-go-live phases.
Provide dedicated helpdesk support for Warehouse Management, Transport Management, and Order Management Systems.
Create report and dashboard
Qualifications:
Can be working on site Bang Pla, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Have senior's experience for 3 - 5 years
Proven proficiency in SQL, essential for interface mapping and report creation
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, required for global IT coordination and swift helpdesk resolution
Prior experience or strong understanding of logistics workflow and Warehouse Management, Transport Management, and Order Management Systems is highly valued
Hands on experience with either Power BI / Tableau (if possible please present your Power BI screenshot during interview)
