Job Summary: Analyze and assess complex data, key information, indicators, and related processes to develop business plans and improve business operations efficiently. Must have the ability to lead the team throughout the entire process, including forecasting, planning, scheduling, and real-time analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends and patterns to accurately predict potential future demand.
- Assess data trends and patterns to meet deadlines and identify behavioral trends that impact overall operational performance.
- Analyze reports by prioritizing and scheduling to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Create and maintain operational reports, including real-time and historical reports regarding workload, service performance, employee ranking, and past trends.
- Continuously communicate with colleagues, managers, and executives about balancing workload and employee scheduling needs, both in real-time and historically.
- Lead team meetings with managers to evaluate performance and identify and mitigate risks. Provide guidance, training, and evaluate team members.
- Manage the team to consistently meet service standards.
- Oversee real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service requirements.

Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written, at a good level.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Workforce Analyst or Data Analyst
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Strong understanding of scheduling and work planning.
Dedicated to responsibility and accountability.
Analytical skills in identifying trends, volume patterns, and forecasting potential class requisitions based on customer demand.
Knowledge of Capacity Planning.
Negotiation skills, analytical skills, business awareness, and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills in MS Office.
Able to use Looker or Power BI
