Develop & implement working plan as aligned with commercial marketing strategies and business goals and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide actionable insights including adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Lead their complicated project assignment with full end-to-end responsibility.
Work closely with other functions to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives and collaborate with teams to produce high-quality content and promotional materials.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Provide knowledge and experience sharing as guidance to team member.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
Knowledge and work experience of 5-8 years in banking / Marketing Communication / Event Marketing or related areas.
Strong skills in communication and project management with attention to details.
Knowledge & Experience in the business sustainability or ESG / SME or Commercial Banking industry of at least 3 years is a plus.
