Create commercial marketing calendar comprising of store opening/reno activations (360); key product campaign amplification; monthly seeding; GWP; CRM activities. Collaboratively plan each initiative within the calendar ensuring cross functional and partner input and alignment. Plan with clear sub tasks listed with appropriate timelines.
Develop joint marketing plan with channel partners (e.g. Central Dep Store) and execute against those plans.
Partner sales/operations and merchandising in driving sell thru with GWP / CRM initiatives
Co-create CRM strategy cascading down into a calendar and CRM initiatives focused on achieving key CRM KPIs.
Working with brand head to forecast; execute; control budget.
Roll out key principle marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of Marketing or related field.
Project management
Work well under pressure both in deadline and among several parties.
Making decision and problem-solving skill.
Good communication skill and ability to network, also require good English and good numerical.
Good presentation skills.
