Lead and share technical knowledge to monitor system operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Manage and provide consultancy in various programming languages and frameworks
Recommend complex design and tools for system development
Lead improvement of software quality by defining issues and common patterns to implement the changed code/design
Lead and ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing process
Drive and maintain documentation by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
Provide expertise, guidance and introduce the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Manage stakeholders from both internal and external parties to resolve software development issues and to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team
