Run day-to-day operations of the community, leverage and contribute social media, and drive programs to increase brand equity through communications, healthy dialogue, engagement and evangelism with customers, partners and prospects in support of marketing and product initiatives.

Also, be the Accommodation & Experience product’s eyes and ears across all key social channels observing, responding, amplifying notable mentions and trends internally and externally in media
Execute social media campaign and support Communication Lead n liaising with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics.
Support Communication Lead with different stakeholders in the company to engage relevant communities through online and social media and community activations.
Support Communication Lead in Interfacing with related brand and product team to understand social media campaign requirements and work with content, community, influencers, and other relevant teams to execute them.
Monitor set key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation.
