Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation to meet targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Engineering Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure technical requirements are met and align with client expectations.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
After-Sales Service Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to provide high-quality after-sales support and service to clients.
- Manage the after-sales service team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Operations Leadership:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the operations teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, engineering, and after-sales service, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the operations department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales & After-sales service roles, with at least 5 years in Leader positions
- Experience in the M&E trading industry is a must
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with customers and partners
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels in Thai & English
