This role involves leading the Test Hardware team in development and KPI management, acting as an interface with internal partners and external vendors, collaborating within the organization, and overseeing team management and budget responsibilities. In your new role you will:
- Lead the Test Hardware team focusing on test hardware development for wafer and final test and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Management test hardware design.
- Act as an interface and communicate with all relevant internal partners from Business Divisions/product Lines, Operations, Design, Technology and Quality Management and external test HW vendors.
- Have strong interaction and collaboration within the TTI and Infineon global organization.
- Be responsible for budget, headcounts, team development, performance assessment and hiring within the Test Hardware team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems or similar.
- 8+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry ideally in hardware technology or test development engineering for wafer test and final test or R&D.
- Proven experience in people management as team or department.
- Broad understanding of processes in R&D, test development or test hardware design and technology.
- Remarkable presentation skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and international environment.
- Excellent English skills.
