As IPS Specialist, APAC, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Driving IPS Reliability with sites maintenance team in regional level.
- Support implementation and standardization of the Management Pillar to deliver value by cost reduction through efficiencies improvements and new technologies through the business.
- Seeking for opportunities to reduce overall costs and increase productivity /efficiency and support the definition of the methodology applied.
- Carrying out IPS assessment at a regional level.
- Providing coaching to IPS Plant team.
- Developing systems to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for IPS projects and other team-based initiatives.
- Fostering a data driven culture of IPS throughout the business.
- Supporting the maintenance of the Reliability Pillar documents.
- Participate in global IPS reliability and management system project/workshop as needed and implement best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and ideas, seek approval for new concepts to improve efficiency and capability of the process, reliability of asset, safety of the facility, and improve product quality.
- Work collaboratively with the PLT (Plant Leadership Team)
- Multiply knowledge in IPS methodologies and act as changing agent of the culture.
- Influence regional teams and key stakeholders, generate results and engagement at local and regional levels.
This Position Is Well-suited For You If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical or Food etc.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance role, reliability engineer, chemical or food industry experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of food processing, familiar with food process equipment mechanism, E&I function is a plus.
- Strong project management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English and second language - Mandarin/Thailand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to be a change agent.
