Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth plan.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Coordinate and support the management of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Assist in defining project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative teams, brand and communication, trade marketing, to ensure alignment and smooth project implementation.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other marketing performance metrics.
- Contribute insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and project management.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
