Own and direct the execution of the brand and content marketing strategy to bring Max to the audiences in Thailand
Work with the regional marketing team and agency partners in the development and execution of Max launch and ongoing brand and content marketing campaigns
Partner with Max Brand and Content Marketing regional teams to ensure the voice, positioning and value propositions resonate with the market
Responsible for yearly brand planning, visual design, and communication strategy for awareness and consideration-driven marketing campaigns
Develop above-the-line marketing budget, optimizing marketing spend to maximize brand and content awareness and drive affinity measures
Develop media strategy and collaborate with regional marketing team to maximize exposure across WBD ecosystem and drive efficiencies in media buying and creative development
Manage and nurture a small team of highly driven and passionate marketing professionals
Partner closely with analytics and research to determine KPIs to evaluate the impact of campaigns and to make recommendations to align marketing strategy with business goals
Drive brand and content marketing campaign development from strategy, concept and execution, by managing day to day communications with external agency partners, and internal key stakeholders
Own and direct the execution of brand and content marketing campaign strategies for LOPs (Local Original Programming) and other tentpole content in partnership with internal stakeholders and advertising agencies
Inspire and brainstorm fresh creative ideas for brand campaigns and activations across our owned channels, off channel, digital, OOH, experiential, stunts, and partnerships
Partner with peers in CRM, PR, Social Media, Creative Services, Distribution and other functions to enable the achievement of MAX objectives
Work in partnership with Finance team to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, coupled with ongoing cost analysis and expenditure recommendation
Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technology, and unique opportunities
The Essentials
Bachelor's degree; 10+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company
Experienced and skilled in developing best in class creative concepts, media plans and campaigns, with expertise across all asset mediums including TV, digital, OOH, and social
Exhibits exceptional creativity, and lead concept and creative reviews
A team player and problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented setting
Able to communicate cross-functionally with all levels and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Able to project manage and have killer presentation skills
Commercially and financially astute, used to developing and working with budgets and forecasts.
Data and results driven; business oriented in mindset with high analytical skills
Collaborative and collegiate in approach, commitment to the team and non-hierarchical mind-set is important
Proven ability to blend strategic vision with excellent operational execution
