Oversee monthly payroll processes, including updates to cost centers, salaries, allowances, and annual bonuses.
Ensure compliance with legislation for salaries and benefits (shift, productivity, overtime, time attendance) and resolve related issues.
Execute payroll reconciliation and validate payroll data for plant contractors, covering OT, time attendance, shift allowances, and other payments.
Welfare & Benefits:
Collaborate with the TR TH Lead to enhance welfare and benefits, ensuring competitive management.
Lead global Healthy Living programs and organize annual health check-ups with age and risk-based programs.
Enhance employee engagement, maintain high Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) scores, and work with the EHS Team for compliance during safety audits.
Total Rewards:
Manage employee-related costs (ERC) with the TR Lead and provide analytical reports to HRBPs and line managers.
Drive effective TR operations service delivery and coordinate with stakeholders to complete productivity projects.
Deliver performance reports (Production Daily, Manufacturing Weekly & Monthly, Thailand M&W, Productivity Reports) based on business requirements.
Compliance:
Ensure payroll processes adhere to internal and external audit standards.
Execute offline annual merit increases and bonus payouts.
Maintain accurate personnel data in compliance with PDPA regulations and support cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Finance, OC) to ensure data validity.
Work with the EHS Team to ensure compliance with labor law regulations during Plant Safety Audits.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
Experience in payroll management, taxation, social security, benefits, and labor law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively across all levels.
Calm under pressure with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, set agendas, and take on challenges with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Good Communication in Thai and English
