Ensure that the post holders are providing a suitable briefing to their staff about quality assurance and how it works.
Support QA Auditor for the company auditor's training record, including the qualified and evaluation process, are consistent with standards and requirements.
Assist the QA Auditor and Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining quality system concerns with ISO, IOSA, TCO, and CASA Framework.
Support the QA Auditor and Quality Assurance Manager in preparing the audit program, audit plan, and checklist.
Perform the audit activity; f. Scrutinizing remedial actions for audit findings and concerns.
Negotiate a time frame to complete remedial actions
Prepare audit reports and follow up on the audit findings and observations of internal audit and external audits.
Investigate incidents or concerns assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Monitor auditor Training records and conduct the training year plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Aero-Engineering, Aircraft Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in working as an Airline QA.
Having certificates and training in aviation internal auditing.
Excellent command in English
Proficient in computer literacy
Can work under pressure and fast-pace environment.
