Job Description:

• Prepare event operations & production schedule plans for the department
• Assist in drafting AutoCAD floor plans for event space
• Prepares events furniture requirements
• Consolidate event Manpower requests and prepares Manpower requirements
• Consolidate event expendables purchase requirements
• Source and negotiate for furniture suppliers, expendables items & operations asset items and submits for presentation
• Research and identify potential local and international vendors, contractors, and partners to diversify connections
• Ensure proper record keeping of quotations from past events
• Coordinate with Commercial Team on partners' requirements for placement and presentation
• Coordinate with various departments on pre and post-event requirements
• Formulate and consolidates Standard Operating Procedures for event set-up
• Source for ONE Superfans
• Coordinate all logistics requirements, including equipment storage & maintenance
• Assist in ad-hoc special projects
• Preparation of raw data for costing compilations
• Improvise event setup procedures
• Assist in pre-event preparations at the warehouse

Job Description and Requirements

• Coordinates the hotel logistic transfers & delivery schedules on site
• Leads a team of operation assistants for set up of back-of-house and front-of-house requirements
• Coordinates with the TV Production department for all on-site requirements
• Coordinates with the Competition department on additional requirements for athletes at the warm-up and holding area
• Supervise on-site contractors & suppliers
• Validate expendable items purchased for quality and accuracy
• Manage on-site meal requirements
• Leads a quick reaction force for any on-site event requirements
• Acts as safety enforcer during events with pyrotechnics requirements
