1. Goal setting & Measurement, set high standard & set Teamwork Spirit.
2. Developing and maintaining a marketing culture & strategy.
3. Analyzing sales and marketing metrics and utilizing them to forecast market trends.
4. Designing and applying marketing strategies that are aligned with business targets.
5. Being accountable for the daily activities of the team and reporting to the top management.
6. Providing leadership,inspiration and implementing effective marketing strategies that maximize revenue.
7. Managing daily operations, directing efforts, executing and exceeding weekly goals.
8. Mentoring and developing team while effectively implementing and monitoring MKT action plans within a positive work environment.
9. Performing other duties, projects and tasks, as assigned.
10. Directing management staff in order to meet marketing objectives and goals.
11. Other Assignments.  

คุณสมบัติหลัก

1. Age Over 28 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, management or any related fields.
3. Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Marketing role or any related fields.
4. Have knowledge and understanding in online media or advertising in Facebook/YouTube
5. Able to plan work and work as a team well.
6. Speed to plan and deliver results
7. Standard, Innovation and Continuous Improvement
