Key Accountabilities

• Develop and executive the supply chain product and solutions strategy for the cluster’s logistics business in alignment with the DP World Asia Pacific objectives.
• Manage the product team for the respective cluster.
• Oversee the development of supply chain solutions for vertical customers.
• Define the value proposition for each product and create a roadmap for their development and rollout.
• Manage cross-functional teams including solutions engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and successful product launch.
• Communicate product development updates, milestones and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with Senior Director, Commercial Logistics and the operating business unit leads to understand current capacity, capability, and development plans to identify opportunities for ongoing product development.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 10-15 years of extensive experience in supply chain management, product development, and solutions design, preferably from Beneficial Cargo Owner (BCO) or logistics industries.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in a regional or global context.
• Strong background in the logistics industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the supply chain products and solutions in alignment with business objectives.
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, including solutions engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Expertise in overseeing the development of supply chain solutions, understanding market needs and customer requirements.
