Co-lead with the Head of International Business – Retail to develop and manage the end-to-end implementation of roaming and IDD strategy, key growth drivers, roadmap, customer segmentation, portfolio with differentiated propositions, and commercial plan to achieve the defined ambition.
Lead end-to-end customer life cycle management (define/acquire/base management/retention) with key stakeholders to achieve the defined ambition.
Lead end-to-end partnership management, including acquisition, engagement, commercial arrangements, and regulatory requirements.
Lead insight generation, performance management, and the translation of insights into action, including high-level product concepts to differentiated proposition development and potential business opportunities (e.g., product, value-added benefits, partnerships).
Manage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve the defined ambition and best serve customers.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business management, commerce, economics, or relevant areas.
3-5 years of experience in telco, marketing, commercial, or a relevant industry with proven success.
Experience in product and partnership management.
Fluent in English.
Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical and communication skills.
Capable of organizing, handling, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
