Senior Analyst - Brand Campaign Operation
Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
The Brand Campaigns operations team supports LazMall brands in accelerating buyer and sales growth through the design and management of various Campaigns such as Super Brand Day, Super New Arrival and Super Brand Opening. Our team are focused on helping brands achieve their campaign goals through insights sharing, rigorous campaign preparation and cross-functional collaborations.
-Develop strategy and take lead on end to end management and execution of brand campaigns with the goal to increase brand campaign awareness, engagement and conversion.
-Ensure timely execution and effective campaign planning operations through the set up of guidelines, processes, templates; adapting these as required to category/brand nuances.
-Working closely with commercial, graphic and integrated marketing team to improve customer
-experience and manage campaigns to achieve target.
-Review and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize and improve campaign planning and execution processes as well as identify key learnings and share best practices.
-needs and escalate any system defects.
-Proactively take corrective actions to troubleshoot system issues that are potential blockers to the operations of the campaigns.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
At least 2-3 years in either area of brand marketing/digital marketing/ media sales/ ecommerce experience that includes data-driven analysis of campaign performance.
-Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong analytics & presentation skills.
-Performance-driven who enjoys to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Pro-active attitude, project management and excellent problem-solving skills
-Excellent team work with strong communication skills and can build relationships with people from different background and cultures.
-Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai

-The ideal candidate has a hybrid of Commercial, Marketing and/or eCommerce Campaigns management experience
-Highly capable of influencing internal cross functional teams and external partners
