Job Description

• Respond to and document inquiries and issues from sellers effectively and provide solutions to their specific needs.
• Follow up on and accurately escalate pending cases until resolution, ensuring timely updates to sellers and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor metrics of interest and identify problems or opportunities.
• Reach out to sellers regularly to gather feedback, offer assistance and share best practices.
• Analyse seller challenges and share insights/learnings with internal teams to help improve overall seller support capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Good scepticism
• Strong problem solving
• Communicate well, good active listening skill (CN & EN or TH)
• Able to work as a shift (including holidays, and weekends)
