Digital Content Strategy & UX/UI Optimization
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy tailored for Southeast Asian markets, aligning with business objectives and UX best practices.
- Optimize content for seamless digital experiences, ensuring intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-friendly storytelling.
- Leverage automated creative solutions such as Hogarth and Automated Creative to scale personalized content across websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Use interactive content tools and AI-driven insights to enhance engagement and drive action.
SEO & Performance-Optimized Content
- Implement SEO-driven content strategies with keyword optimization, structured data, and content clustering to maximize organic visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance, bounce rates, and user behavior, leveraging automated reporting tools for ongoing refinement and content optimization.
- Integrate AI-powered content platforms to enhance search rankings and audience targeting.
Ownership
- Lead content creation and execution across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with regional and global brand goals.
- Own and manage content workflows, leveraging global content platforms such as Creatively Squared to streamline content production, asset management, and automation.
Data-Driven Visual Content & Paid Media Optimization
- Design and oversee high-impact, data-driven content for digital ads, social media, and e-commerce, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
- Utilize A/B testing, heatmap analytics, and AI-based insights to optimize content layouts, ad placements, and storytelling structures.
- Collaborate with global creative agencies like Hogarth and content automation platforms like Creatively Squared to develop compelling visuals that resonate with pet parents and drive conversions.
Content Localization & Personalization
- Adapt and localize content to ensure cultural relevance and linguistic precision across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Utilize behavioral insights, AI-driven personalization tools, and regional market data to tailor content for diverse pet owners.
- Leverage automated creative solutions to deliver dynamic, personalized content at scale.
Competitive Benchmarking & Industry Trends
- Stay updated on emerging content marketing innovations, UX/UI best practices, and trends in digital advertising, particularly within pet care and FMCG sectors.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities for brand storytelling and digital engagement.
- Leverage global marketing tools such as Automated Creative for real-time insights into creative performance against industry benchmarks.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Oversee and mentor a team of three Content Specialists, ensuring content excellence across digital platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with regional and local marketing teams, ensuring a cohesive content ecosystem.
- Foster partnerships with creative agencies and content tools providers like Hogarth and Creatively Squared to drive efficient content production and innovation.
Language & Communication
- Fluent in English and at least one Southeast Asian language to ensure effective communication across regional markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business schools or equivalent digital education
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital strategy within consumer-focused industries (FMCG, pet care, e-commerce, or media preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to optimize and integrate visuals, graphics, and multimedia content for websites and ads.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and UX/UI alignment.
- Proficiency in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis to drive content performance.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and UX principles.
- Familiarity with content marketing trends, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user engagement strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
