Responsibilities

• You will execute methodic engineering of SCADA work package with Sitras RSC and producing SCADA details design submission of AC, DC Traction Power Supply (TPS) substations for rail electrification systems by considering both, the customer specifications and the Siemens’ regulations and standards.
• You will clarify SCADA technical interface and integration of all electrical systems within the Bulk, Traction and Service substations.
• You will execute engineering of SCADA work package with Sitras RSC and producing SCADA details design submission including clarifying SCADA Interface and technical integration to Facility systems installed in railway stations and wayside infrastructures e.g. HVAC, Tunnel ventilation, Low voltage power supply, Fire alarm, Fire suppression, Water drainage, Fresh water, Emergency lighting systems, etc.
• You will execute engineering of SCADA work package with Sitras RSC and producing SCADA details design submission including clarifying SCADA Interface and technical integration to Train Operation systems e.g. Signaling, Platform Screen Doors (PSD), Communication, Automatic Fare Collections (AFC) systems, etc.
• You will prepare and review of electrical wiring diagrams, control concept relevant for SCADA server cabinets and SCADA workstations.
• You will elaborate and propose conceptional solutions to ambitious SCADA requirements.
• You will troubleshoot, analyze of SCADA technical inquiries arise from Regional Unit and provide an engineering solution in collaboration with the Manufacturers and the Project management team members.
• You will plan and control of one’s own engineering work packages in view of date, cost and quality aspects.
• You will provide product support in view of standardization and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, in the field of Control & Instrument, Automation, or Electrical Power system.
• You have good knowledge of SCADA system and Power Automation system with good understanding for system configuration, manufacturing, and installation matters.
• You have basic knowledge of Rail Electrification (preferred), High-Medium voltage technology with good understanding of overview system configuration.
• You have good knowledge of Network control, communication and security (option) with switching and routing components (Siemens equipment based e.g. Simatic S7, SCALANCE are preferred).
• You have basic knowledge of Digital protection relays.
• You have knowledge of measuring, control and supervisory systems.
• You have knowledge of relevant European and International Standards.
• You familiarize with Engineering processes.
• You have a skillset of SCADA engineering with software tools e.g. Sitras RSC (preferred), DSPM (Digital Station Power management), WinCC OA, etc.
• You are experienced in project realization, preferably in an international project environment.
• You have a good command in English and Thai communication, reading and writing in daily business.
