Plan, prioritize, supervise, review with appropriate management, and establish schedules and methods (PM plan) for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs accordingly.
Provide technical/engineering support in the resolution of plant process and equipment problems as well as process optimization, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
To coordinate with the Plant operation and Seed washing team as well as the Maintenance & Engineering team, for improvements, process design, and maintenance planning & scheduling to meet future requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and/or eliminate processes in Operations.
To coordinate the development and implementation of written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safe operations including ISO9001/ISO45001 Standard, HSE, and requirements.
Control supplies, spare parts, and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary while controlling budget and cost savings.
Work with peers to provide reliable and effective maintenance service to the site.
Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.
Provide technical support on any projects/equipment-related issues including site-wide Facilities projects.
Ensure the facility's compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments are executed appropriately and on time.
Manage vendor relations to ensure all facility maintenance effectively adheres to site policies and procedures.
Manage engineering projects as required, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Act as manufacturing representative on projects.
Data support, Weekly report, Monthly report to supervisor, and project manager upon request.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience.
2+ years' experience in project management.
Strong technical background including process design and startup.
High Proficiency Level with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead and work cohesively as a team member, interacting and building positive working relationships within the organization and across other functional groups and departments.
Agility to support changes in a dynamic work environment demonstrating an innovative approach to problem solving.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
