Sales Manager / Director with Forex experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of call center sales agents focused on promoting the broker’s services.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to sales agents to improve their performance and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing action plans for improvement.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored for call center operations to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor call center metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement sales scripts and techniques that align with the broker’s goals and compliance requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure that sales agents effectively communicate the broker’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Oversee the handling of client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
- Manage high-value client relationships directly when necessary, ensuring personalized service and support.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze call center performance data, including sales figures, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the call center’s performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall call center efficiency.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that sales agents adhere to legal and ethical standards, particularly in the context of Forex trading.
- Address any compliance issues immediately and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Product, and IT, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and client engagement strategies.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Director and other stakeholders regarding the call center’s performance and any potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Thai language FLUENCY is REQUIRED.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management role within a Forex sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the Forex industry, trading platforms, and financial markets.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating call center sales teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center management tools.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the Forex industry.
