Oversee distributors and key accounts for Coating, Paint, and Ink in Thailand, with a specialized focus on market segments such as Automotive OEM, Vehicle Refinishing and Powder Coating Resins.
Consolidate market information on a monthly basis to update market trends, price analysis, competitor analysis, sales performance, customer calls, visit report, demand forecast, and new opportunity development.
Contribute to meeting or exceeding the annual target in terms of sales volume and margin.
Create a market survey in each country by analyzing industry insights and relevant events in order to determine market trends, business direction, business opportunities, and product value propositions.
Analyze, screen potential business by forecasting profit and loss, volume and GM, analyzing customers’ requirements and financials, and evaluating options and channels.
Create and develop a key and potential account management strategy that includes key content such as customer organization, demand size, market share, and an opportunity list.
Engaging key and potential accounts on a regular basis to explore new opportunities, protect and increase market share, and support customers in resolving any issues.
Tracking individual distributor contributions and achievements.
Effectively implement the company's policies, strategies, business direction, and action plan for distributors.
Integrating customer inquiries/requirements/issues and effectively organizing and cooperating with the support function to assist customers with such requests.
Required Skills And Experience
6-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, Business Development, or related field.
Previous experience working in the Automotive OEM/Vehicle Refinishing/Powder Coating Resins market
Possess strong sales and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and distributors.
Proficient in English
Strong data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
Proficient in project management, negotiation, and persuasion.
Strong business intelligence, pricing management, value selling, and stock management skills.
Quick learner of new technologies, with knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Management, or related field in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
