Establish sales goals/forecast and develop sales pipeline.
Manage ongoing sales plan to meet/exceed assigned quotas to ensure profitability from the sales of solutions and/or services.
Develop and grow the market, for both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company solutions and/or services.
Lead Pre-Sales and Bid teams for presentations and tender responses/proposals.
Assist Regional Marketing function with local Marketing activities.
Formulate strategic partnership with key industry players in Thailand.
Evaluate market potential and formulate strategy to suit local market conditions to promote sales.
Recommend timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions, to ensure effective fulfillment of objectives assigned and to address problems and opportunities quickly.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Healthcare IT Solutions sales.
Good knowledge of the local healthcare market and industry trends including customers, partners and competitors.
Bid/Tender proposals and Agreements/Contracts review experience.
Ability to develop and maintain close relationship with new customers and strengthening existing customer relationships at all levels.
Good network and networking abilities both in private and public sector.
Proven sales track record – managed to close deals of significant value (THB 10M and above) in the private and public sector.
Experience in the development and management of Channel partners - including relationship management, training, motivating their sales teams to cover wider reach.
Technical expertise and other competencies required
Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with Sales tools such Account Planning.
Results driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal communication skills are a prerequisite.
Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in negotiation skills and techniques.
Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
Willingness to work outside of and/or beyond the Company’s normal business hours
