    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Create and execute strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.


    Key Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of service and support.


    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.


    Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales goals.
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.


    Customer Engagement and Outreach:

    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.


    Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
    • Oversee the preparation and review of sales contracts and related documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


    Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the logistics market.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a multinational company or with international sales operations.
    • Knowledge of Thai market dynamics and business culture.
