Sales Coordinator

Your tasks

• ​​​​​Creation and maintenance of region-specific training documents for sales coordinators in APAC
• Onboarding of new sales coordinators
• On-site training for sales coordinators in the region, as needed 
• Distribute up-to-date system and process updates to the sales coordinators in the region
• Handling of quotations and orders to support the region, in case of peaks in the workload
• Responsible for sales coordinator tasks in regards to Support Contracts / MSA / Digital Products
• Any other relevant sales coordinator tasks as assigned by the management

Your profile

• ​​​​​Bachelor's degree in Business or related to job assignment
• Experience as Sales Coordinator / Trainer
• Advanced skills in SAP 
• Elaborated communication skills (internal and customer related)
• Fluent in English language for business communication (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel within SEA-Region if assigned to a training assignment abroad
