Risk Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the user review of the company's risk control platform
• Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
• Continually learn about the platform's rules and enhance personal and professional skills
• Keep abreast of external competitors' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in risk control/compliance/customer support or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
• Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
• Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
• Available to work on weekends and with rotated shifts between day and overnight shifts
