Research Development Process Engineer
Job Description
Discover, explore, and innovate technologies, including processing routes, to maximize CPF R&D capabilities.
Establish partnerships with technology suppliers based on project needs.
Lead the development of new product manufacturing processes, including process design, key parameter settings, and specifications for new product recipes, raw materials, processing lines, equipment, and innovative technologies at manufacturing sites.
Identify innovative processing options aligned with product requirements.
Execute test plans and analyze SPC data for process optimization.
Ensure process designs meet product specifications and quality (GMP/FSSC) standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience related to at least one of the following: product development, packaging, trials, process improvement, Production/Quality engineering, and R&D.
Experienced in Food Manufacturing Processes or strong technical competency in various Food Processing Technologies.
Proficient in Food Science & Processing / Process Design and Capability analysis.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, statistical process control (Minitab, SPSS), Quality Management Systems/techniques is a plus.
