• Audit engagement letter management
• Translate audit report from English to Japanese
• Consolidated audit finding for follow up monitoring
• Follow up countermeasures' implementation with Genpo (Remind & collect evidence)
• Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
• Audit Fieldwork support ie. Interpreter etc.
• Support GM and Supervisory Audit Committee

Other Administration

• Update RA-Entrusted document
• Update A&O's calendar
• Update A&O president & CFO Namelist & Address
• Update A&O auditors' profile (name list & contact)
• Advance/Clearing advance for business trip/entertainment/others
• Meeting room/Hotel accommodation faciliatory
• Input invoice for payment and coordinate
• Physical of Fixed asset count & control
• Coordinate and arrangement IA forum meeting including hotel and meal arrangement
• RA Documents retention control & Cabinet control ie. Contract, payment/budget related documents
• Purchase Request/Application
• Monitor office supplies and place orders

Budget Control Support

• Gathering and prepare department expenses/income/investment data for budget planning
• Input Dept. Expenses/Investment in GSP
• Control, monitoring and reporting of expenditures/investment actual vs plan (variance analysis)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Good command in English (Minimum TOEIC score at 700), Japanese (N3+) is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statement
• Good Coordination skills
