Cooperative Savings Manager - ผู้จัดการสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the cooperative, including membership applications and resignations, loan requests, loan disbursements, loan documentation, and individual member records related to shares and loans.

• Manage accounting and registration systems of the cooperative and propose annual operational plans and targets.

• Safeguard and manage cooperative assets, regulations, manuals, orders, and related documents to ensure accuracy, security, and availability for reference.

• Prepare data and provide input for business operations in accordance with cooperative regulations, bylaws, and the Cooperative Act.

• Organize and manage committee meetings, follow up on resolutions and recommendations.

• Coordinate with, welcome, and visit business networks or cooperative members to modernize operations and meet members’ needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Economics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, finance, or business.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager of a cooperative.

• Proficient in financial management software or cooperative system software.

• Strong knowledge and experience in accounting and finance, management, general law, and cooperative law.

• Strong planning and decision-making skills, leadership, integrity, high responsibility, team-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a systematic and proactive approach.
