Qa Engineer

Qualification

• Minimum 2 years and above experience in software tester Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
• Relevant experience in development and testing.
• Previous experience of scripting with JavaScript including experience with libraries such as jQuery) (Advantage) 
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in web/api automation in Cypress, Playwright
• Experience in mobile automation in Katalon, Appium
• Can understand programming constructs well enough to implement automated tests using well known tools and frameworks
• Ability to react well to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Aptitude and desire to learn new skills and concepts.
• Knowledge in Performance testing is advantage  (jMeter / k6)
• Knowledge in DevOps skill is advantage
• Passionate in shift left testing 

Job Description

• Review and clarify a requirement and design test plans with QA lead / QA Manager
• Review test cases with associated test data for functional and non-functional requirements with PO / XD / Dev team
• Develop, execute and maintain automation tests and results
• Monitoring regression testing and review a results everyday
• Perform testing level such as smoke test, e2e testing, integration testing, component testing, regression testing
• Support the deployment to production systems by excuting and validating test results
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, smoke test
• Perform performance testing, scalability
• Report and document defect found during test cycles and following a defect until solved in sprint
• Participate in troubleshooting to identify the root cause and resolution.
• Working and testing in test first
• Preparing documentation and presenting test results via testrail every released.
• Continuously review and improve testing techniques
• Coordinate with other scrum team about integration testing
