We're looking for a project management expert to lead projects from start to finish and ensure a smooth handover to our sustaining function In your new role you will:

• Oversee the entire project life-cycle, from initiation to closure, and ensure a seamless transition to sustaining operations.
• Develop and implement project structures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Utilize our project management tools to plan, track, and control project progress.
• Apply our risk management methodology to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Leverage your project management expertise to initiate, plan, and close projects, including reporting and documentation.
• Possess a solid understanding of project-related legal and financial aspects, including contracts, budgets, and resource allocation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a field related to Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics.
• Proven project management expertise, with a strong understanding of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, including reporting and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor engineering and operations, with a strong foundation in relevant technical principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation, and solution finding, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to lead teams in resolving standard problems using structured methodologies such as 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, and other relevant tools and techniques.
