Responsibilities

• Build relationship with customers.
• Suggest appropriate construction technology to clients.
• Find new construction management technology and Maintenance management technology.
• Contact new customers.
• Support sales activities.
• Present products.
• Support implementation activities such as gathering initial client demands, developing project timeline, train clients, business/process mapping, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Experience 2-5 years in Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Maintenance Management, IoT and AI.
• Experience in project management, consultant, sales, business development, or business improvement (preferable).
• Experience in MS Project, BIM 360 (preferable).
• Experience in CMSS Platform (preferable).
• Competent in English (TOEIC > 850).
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel.
