Job Description:

• Conduct market research and customer interviews to understand the needs and pain points of personal loan borrowers.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new and existing loan products.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and documentation.
• Launch and test new products and features along with measuring their impact on key metrics such as conversion, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze data, feedback, and user behavior to identify and prioritize product enhancements and optimizations.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and customers.
• Establish and develop operational guidelines and criteria for the products. Prepare operation manuals and support sales staff with product knowledge to create a good customer experience.
• Study and analyze the impacts of changes in the banking industry and regulations on the products. Ensure that the products meet the criteria and conditions set by relevant regulators, such as BOT, OCPB Visa, and Mastercard.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in personal loan or credit product.
• Strong knowledge of personal loan products, market trends, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and execute the full product development cycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
