Lead and manage multiple projects within the banking sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Project Management: responsible for overseeing the execution of consulting projects from start to finish. This includes defining project scopes, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects meet client objectives and deliverables.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide expert consulting services to optimize project outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.
Strategically plan and manage projects related to the bank’s Wealth Strategy initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed according to the established plans.
Develop processes and tools to enhance project management efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to team members in project management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or consulting, preferably within the banking industry.
Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
