Responsibilities:
- Define a competitive advantage for your category in line with the Product Line strategy and build a robust 5-year roadmap
- Identify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each market
- Identify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing & Markets
- Develop strong propositions with unique selling points based on consumer insights to drive market share growth
- Build a model catalogue for the category
- Lead the product development steps along with project managers
- Manage sourcing initiatives with global sourcing team to identify & develop better strategic suppliers (when required)
- Lead the delivery of commercial results for the category
- Ensure the readiness of the commercial launch in collaboration with Design, R&D, Marketing and CAs Product Line teams
- Define VPM (Volume, Price, Mix) strategy and look for business insights to improve further
- Steer the monthly commercial business reviews and drive commercial agenda for the category
As the role requires both a strategic vision and an ability to achieve concrete, market objectives and P&L targets, the key functional competencies are

- 5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.
- Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.
- Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
