Responsibilities:

- Study and understand customer insight, customer need, market trend and foresee future trend then adapt to commercial perspective to initiate new design direction.

- Supervise team to design product aligning with brand’s identity.

- Strictly control timeline of new product design on time according to product development plan.

- Initiate and source new design idea including material, fitting, mechanic, and part to support newly design product.

- Introduce home living trend and lifestyle by executing into new product design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree industrial Design, Interior Design, Product Design.

- Knowledge and work experience in Household product design experience 5 years.

- Critical and systematic thinking, negotiation skill, decision making, leadership, and communication skill.
