Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

Job summary:

All procurement process-screening, compare, information, recommendation, Procurement marketing deal to supplier and end users. Needs identification of Vendor selection, Submit purchase requisition, Generate purchase order, Invoice and payment.

Purchase supply of products/materials with the deserve cost and quality, negotiate contracts and analyze supply base, Prepared purchase requisition and purchase orders, recommend the goods and services, operate equipment and follow all safety procedures, communicate with vendors, clients, user, align goals, check, prove of conduct, ,product testing, goods receive and suggest to users for procurement process

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and develop procurement plans.

• Analyze procurement requirements, including quality, quantity, and budgetary considerations with comparing and recommendation

• Identify potential suppliers/vendors and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and quality of products/services.

• Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and supplier quotations.

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before issuing to suppliers.

• Track order status and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Generate reports and provide procurement-related data and analysis as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement or related field

• Understand rules and policies about buying and procurement

• Have computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLookup), Access etc.

• Have good communication and negotiation skills

• Have analytical skills

• Be a responsible person and Flexible working ability

• Be detail-oriented
